One Stop for all of your Immunization, Perscription, and Travel Health Needs

We are a fully licensed international travel clinic located in central Halifax and have been in the travel immunization business for 15 years. We keep in stock a complete line of immunizations for travel to all global destinations.

Our clinic is staffed by two physicians, Dr Paul Doane and Dr. Frank Doane who, in addition to consulting with you, will give you your immunizations and can write prescriptions for malaria prophylaxis, altitude sickness and other medications pertinent to your travels. We are one of the few licensed yellow fever centres in Nova Scotia.

Travel consultations are not an insured benefit under MSI, although some private plans may cover this charge. Our rates are competitive and we do not encourage immunizations that are of little value (and expensive), or rarely required by the typical tourist/business traveler.

To gain the most benefit from your visit, and minimize costs, it is very helpful to have:

1. A good knowledge of your travel itinerary, ie the cities, provinces, and states that you plan to visit in each country.
2. Have accurate information on past immunizations. This will save you time, money and unnecessary shots.

Immunization certificates are provided to all patients.
